STA Breath Holding Workshop
The workshop is suitable for any free diver who wants to improve their comfort level during long breath holds. We will learn to maximize breath-holding abilities in still water.
With the help of preparation and breathing exercises, the diver will reach static breath-holding times of over 3 minutes in the water in a safe and enjoyable way while exercising the marine mammal reflex inherent in him, under the close supervision of an instructor from the Israel Freediving School.
