Freediving Instructor Course
Apena Total's freediving instructor course is intended for those who have the sport of freediving in their hearts, and saltwater flowing through their souls.
The course is specifically designed for those who want to teach freediving, and spread the sport around the world in a safe, and equally important, methodical way that is both fun and effective.
About the Freediving Instructor Course:
The instructor course contains intensive study workshops designed to develop knowledge, information transfer and correct learning abilities, and the ability to build effective and professional training, both for trainees and personal training.
Additionally, the course will include practical learning at sea and the delivery of courses to trainees in small groups, under close supervision and supervision.
The instructor course lasts about 4 weeks, with the prerequisites being participation in the Apnea Total master course and assisting an instructor in a basic course and an advanced course.
The theoretical part of the course lasts about two weeks, after which the instructor must teach under supervision as part of the course a minimum of 2 basic courses and 2 advanced courses at the freediving school in Eilat, Freedive Israel.
Our goal in the instructor course is to create freediving instructors with extensive diving and instructional experience, and to provide them with all the knowledge and tools necessary for training and instruction, and for the success of their careers as independent freediving instructors.
Therefore, with us, in addition to studying and developing training skills, you will learn how to start a business, how to market yourself and conduct yourself as an independent practitioner who provides training services and can go out into the world with real training experience that you will not get anywhere else.
At Freediving Israel - Eilat, we will give you all the theoretical tools and experience necessary to be able to work as a freediving instructor, at Freediving Israel, and at any Apnea Total freediving school around the world, and even teach independently anywhere you want.

*Unlike other places, the instructor of the instructor course goes through all the lessons and content at the level of presentation to the trainees,
And the instructors' course students undergo personal training for each presentation they are supposed to deliver so that they reach the highest level of readiness before they begin teaching.
Water rate:
There will also be 3 water entries (in order to be accepted into the instructor course, there are standards of water proficiency that the candidate for the instructor course must meet in advance), during which we will learn through personal instruction how to conduct ourselves in the water with trainees in order to bring them to realize the potential of the marine mammal within them in the most enjoyable and safest way according to the standards of the international freediving organization APNEA TOTAL.
Internship:
After delivering the theory lessons, the new instructors will experience delivering the full courses under the full supervision of the IT (instructor trainer).
Completion of the instructor course is conditional on passing a minimum of 2 basic courses and at least one advanced course, at the discretion of the IT.
