Free diving preparation breaths

as part  From a free diving course  We will learn how to breathe to relax before diving.
In times of stress and pressure, our breathing becomes shallow and shallow. Breathing in this way reduces the volume of our chest and actually puts us in a cycle of stress and anxiety.
In order to open and stretch the chest and respiratory muscles, we have prepared the following video, in which Ariel Kedmi, a senior Israeli free diving instructor, explains how to breathe at length, in order to give the autonomic nervous system an option to go into a state of rest and relaxation.

Do not perform the breathing described in the video in time: walking, standing, driving or in any way other than sitting or lying down.
